Precision Kitchen Set-Out & Fitout

A highly detailed kitchen design resolved through CAD-CAM precision, integrated hardware and considered construction detailing.

A premium kitchen design and fitout shaped around precision, proportion and buildability. From the curved island sections and solid timber dining extension to the integrated appliances, Revego pocket door system and concealed LED lighting, every detail was resolved before manufacture.

The design required careful coordination between finished surfaces, hardware systems, existing site conditions and construction methodology — ensuring the final outcome felt seamless, intentional and highly considered.

CAD-CAM Detail & Build Efficiency

Every component was developed through a detailed CAD-CAM workflow, allowing the kitchen to be modelled, checked and refined prior to production. This meant hardware clearances, appliance integration, lighting positions, curved junctions and panel sequencing could be resolved before anything reached the factory floor.

The ribbed curved panelling around the timber leg was set out to the millimetre, controlling where each profile started and finished to improve visual accuracy, reduce waste and minimise adjustment during installation.

By providing clear construction drawings and machining-ready information, the model became a shared reference point for the client, factory and installation team — reducing assumptions, improving coordination and helping the project move more efficiently from design through to fitout.

What the CAD-CAM Process Delivered

  • Millimetre-accurate modelling of curved sections, appliance clearances, hardware systems and finished panel junctions.

  • Clear construction information for the workshop, reducing guesswork and improving build consistency.

  • Machining-ready outputs to streamline the transition from design to production.

  • Detailed set-out of the ribbed curved panelling, including controlled start and finish points around the timber table leg.

  • Hardware coordination completed before manufacture, including the Revego pocket door system, integrated LED lighting, hinges, drawers and appliance interfaces.

  • Appliance integration resolved in 3D, allowing ventilation, access, clearances and surrounding joinery details to be considered early.

  • Reduced site decision-making, with installation details resolved before cabinetry reached site.

  • Clear documentation for the client, factory and installation team, giving every stakeholder a shared reference point.

  • Better control from concept through to installation, helping the finished kitchen stay true to the design intent while remaining practical to build.
