All Clikt pieces are made to order. Our standard production lead time is 2–3 weeks for raw pieces and 3-4 weeks for painted.
We confirm the exact timeframe when you place your order. Because every item is crafted just for you, we’ll also provide a quote for delivery and handling at the same time if required.

Whether you're buying from our Buy the Collection range or requesting a custom piece, get in touch and we’ll send you a full quote with your production and delivery timeline.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order’s on the move, you’ll receive tracking info straight to your inbox. As a guide:

• NSW + ACT: 1–3 business days

• QLD: 2–4 business days

• SA + TAS: 2–3 business days

• WA + NT: 4–7 business days

Shipping and handling fees will be quoted at the time of your order—there’s no checkout here. We deliver to the address you provide, and once it’s dropped off, it’s officially yours. Deliveries are contactless (no signature required), so please make sure access is clear. If the courier can’t access your property, redelivery fees may apply.

Want to skip the freight? You’re welcome to collect your order from our Melbourne’s north space. We’ll tee up a pickup time once your order is ready—just make sure your vehicle has enough room (our pieces are flat-pack, but still need space to breathe).

We’ll send you all the details—address, what to bring, and when to collect—once your order is locked in.

Because every Clikt piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. So be sure to triple-check all dimensions before purchasing—we’re happy to answer any questions before you commit.

If something’s not quite right or there’s a defect with your item, reach out with photos and a quick explanation. We’ll assess the issue and if it is a manufacturing defect, we will either fix it or send out a replacement—stat.
