Accessing and using Clikt’s website or placing an order with us means you’re agreeing to these terms. We may update them from time to time, so we recommend checking back occasionally.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.

All purchases and communications are handled electronically—so we’ll send all order confirmations, quotes, and updates via email.

We may restrict or change access to our site without notice. If our website is unavailable at any time, we’re not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, it doesn’t void the rest—the remaining parts still apply in full.

We sometimes link to external sites. We can’t control their content, so we’re not responsible for anything you access on third-party websites. If you link to us, great—but keep it fair, don’t impersonate, and please don’t frame our site or misrepresent a partnership if there isn’t one.

You’re responsible for any login credentials issued to you. If your username or password is compromised, let us know ASAP and we’ll reset it.

When using our website, please don’t:

• Submit false, incomplete, or misleading information

• Violate any laws

• Upload harmful code or interfere with site functionality

• Collect or misuse other users’ data

• Impersonate someone elseAll Clikt pieces are made to order. Our standard production lead time is 2–3 weeks for raw pieces and 3-4 weeks for painted.
  We confirm the exact timeframe when you place your order. Because every item is crafted just for you, we’ll also provide a quote for delivery and handling at the same time if required.

Everything you see on this site—designs, images, copy, and code—is protected by copyright. You may view or print content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, modify, reverse-engineer, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

All software and technical documentation supplied by Clikt remain our property.

Because everything at Clikt is made to order, we don’t accept cancellations for change of mind once an order is placed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, such as unauthorised use of payment details, or if there’s a pricing or inventory error. If something is unavailable or delayed, we’ll get in touch and you’ll have the option to amend or cancel your order.

We stand behind our products. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You’re entitled to:

• A full refund or replacement for a major failure

• A repair or replacement if the product is not of acceptable quality but the issue isn’t major

To claim, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all non-mandatory warranties and guarantees

• Our liability is capped at the replacement, repair, or refund of the product

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (like lost profits, downtime, or expectations)

If you’re partially responsible for the issue (e.g. through misuse), our liability will be reduced accordingly.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Clikt Referral Program is open to existing Clikt customers (“Referrers”) who have purchased or hired a qualifying Clikt product. Referrals (“Referees”) must be new customers who have not previously purchased or hired from Clikt.

2. Offer Details
   Referees will receive $50 off their first Clikt hire or purchase valued at $599 or more (inclusive of GST). Referrers will be eligible for either a $20 refund on their previous Clikt order, or a $50 discount to apply to a future Clikt order, once the Referee’s qualifying hire or purchase is confirmed.

3. Minimum Spend
   Referral offers are only valid on hires or purchases of $599 or above (inclusive of GST). This minimum spend applies to both the Referee’s transaction and the Referrer’s future discount opportunity.

4. Reward Redemption
   Referrer rewards will be arranged after confirmation of the Referee’s eligible transaction. Clikt will contact the Referrer to confirm their preferred reward and process it accordingly.

5. General Conditions

• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where a refund is explicitly chosen by the Referrer.

• Referral benefits cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or sale pricing unless otherwise stated.

• Availability of products and hire bookings is subject to confirmation at the time of the request.

• Clikt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• Any misuse of the Referral Program may result in disqualification from participation and cancellation of rewards at Clikt’s discretion.

From time to time, we may offer promotional or account-specific discount codes.

Here’s the fine print:

• Only one code per order

• Codes can’t be applied after purchase

• Max pre-discount order value of $500

• Max discount of 10%

• Codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

• Specific conditions may apply to each promo and will be stated at the time

You agree to indemnify Clikt (and our owners, team, and partners) against any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of this website or a breach of these terms.
